Keswick Ministries exists to inspire and equip Christians to love and live for Christ in His world. We do this primarily through the historic Keswick Convention, drawing over 12,000 Christians including 2,500 children and youth every summer, and our year-round teaching programme.

We are at an exciting moment with a new CEO in place and with our recently completed first-class campus of facilities, based around the Pencil Factory. This senior role will focus primarily on the management and strategic development of the entire site and events team, including growing revenue through commercial hire. We’re seeking a people-motivated, commercially-minded individual to help us steward the resources we’ve been given by God and maximise their potential.
