I am the CEO of Crossways Community, a Christian mental health charity based in Tunbridge Wells. We provide homes and support for those living with poor mental health alongside a social enterprise and a community cafe. We are passionate about helping people in our community understand their own mental health and build better mental resilience. We also want to help Christians understand more about this topic so we can end the stigma around mental health and support one another better.
