As one of the key focal points of the Keswick Convention, Base Camp is a vibrant hub of activity, hosting our famous global mission agency exhibition, which helps to engage and connect conventioners with mission beyond their time in Keswick.
What is Base Camp?
We’re looking for agencies to exhibit who share the Keswick value of SERVING, with a specific passion for helping our conventioners find how God might be calling and equipping them to engage with His mission both at home and abroad.
We don’t want our conventioners to leave having heard great teaching but without knowing what their next steps are, so we invite you to think about how you can help people discern their path. Could they pray? Become a financial supporter? Volunteer? Be an overseas missionary? Rather than being a centre for transactions, Base Camp is a centre for transformation as we all collaborate in mission, in community.
What will I find there?
In addition to our Mission Agencies Exhibition, Base Camp will host a bookshop, café and live relay of the morning Bible Readings and Evening Celebrations.
As an exhibitor, you will be invited to a daily prayer time at 6.15pm to instil a sense of prayerful community, and there will be access to a lounge space for you to relax and recharge during your breaks.

Who can be involved?
Keswick Ministries welcomes all those agencies who are registered Christian charities, committed to the cause of global mission and who can align themselves with Keswick Ministries values.
They should also be agencies who:
- Mobilise people into service – at home or abroad
- Resource the local church and Christians for mission
- Provide training for Christian service
