Keswick Ministries is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Mike Causey as the new Director of Business Operations commencing July 2024.

Mike has a background in senior leadership within a number of organisations, including working in risk management with BP, leadership formation and operational responsibility across a number of international schools in China, and currently as the operations director of the Solas Centre for Public Christianity.

Mike grew up in Carlisle and Cockermouth and has been attending Keswick Convention as a visitor since he was little. He has also been a volunteer at Convention multiple times which is where he met his wife, Rachel. They have four children. More recently, Mike started the Cairngorms Convention, an annual Bible teaching weekend as part of the Keswick Fellowship.

This appointment comes at a significant time for Keswick Ministry. It reflects the growing complexity and breadth of ministries we are now involved in, together with the range of opportunities for both internal and external events. Mike’s role will help us take the next leap forwards with the Pencil Factory after the completion of the Derwent Project. He will focus on the strategic development and management of the entire ministry site and events team, including growing revenue through commercial hire.
