Mission Exhibition

We are passionate that the Keswick Convention is a catalyst for mission. We want to see the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed through churches, in all of life, across the world. This has been at the beating heart of the Convention from its earliest days. And we want all who come to the Convention to have a refreshed vision to make Christ known.

As one of the key focal points of Keswick Convention, Base Camp is a vibrant hub of activity, hosting our famous global mission agency exhibition, which helps to engage and connect conventioners with mission beyond their time in Keswick.

What is Base Camp?

Base Camp is the hub of the Keswick Convention, and the Mission Exhibition is at the heart of Base Camp.

The Mission Exhibition is where we see and engage with what God is doing in His world. We have always enjoyed hosting agencies who come with a generous spirit, seeking to build the church and extend Christ’s kingdom worldwide and into all of life. 

What Will I Find There?

In addition to our Mission Exhibition, Base Camp hosts the:

  • Convention Bookshop (run by 10ofThose)
  • Café
  • Morning Prayer Meeting
  • Live relay of the morning Bible Readings and Evening Celebrations

New for 2025: Mission+PLUS

MISSION+PLUS is a new programme of lunchtime events for mission agencies to say more about how they are working out a missional heartbeat in their context. 

Mission+Plus events take place in Monday to Friday lunchtime slots during each week of the Convention.

Who can exhibit?

Keswick Ministries welcomes agencies who are registered Christian charities, committed to the cause of global mission and who can align themselves with Keswick Ministries values.

They are also agencies who:

  • Mobilise people into service – at home or abroad
  • Resource the local church and Christians for mission
  • Provide training for Christian service

BOOKINGS OPEN IN NOVEMBER 2024 & CLOSE END OF DECEMBER 2024

What's On Offer

  • An allocated space (3x2m or 2x2m)

  • Table (6ft x 2ft) and 2 chairs

  • Power socket and private exhibitor Wi-Fi

  • Access to Team lounge and unlimited tea and coffee

  • Link to your organisation from our website and app.

Timings

Stands will be open at the following times during the Convention: 

  • Saturday:  6:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 1:30pm / 6:30pm – 9:30pm
  • Monday – Friday:  9:00am – 1:30pm / 6:30pm – 9:30pm
