By God’s grace, and the generosity of his people, the home of Keswick Ministries has grown to embrace the refurbished Pencil Factory. The vision has always been to serve the Convention, enable year-round ministry, and for commercial events that will help support our mission. We have seen this beginning to flourish over recent years. Now, having finished the building, we are at an exciting new chapter of accelerating that vision and building a team to deliver it.

Events Manager
We are looking for a capable, self-motivated and organised person, to join our growing team and to lead the co ordination and delivery of events at The Pencil Factory.
Working with our Site Team to ensure customer agreements are clear and deliverable, and that our venue space is suitable and ready.

Site Manager
We are looking for a skilled, experienced and task driven individual to manage our buildings and land across The Pencil Factory, Rawnsley, and Skiddaw Street sites, reporting to the Director of Business Operations.
Managing a growing team of site facilitators, delivering both scheduled and reactive maintenance and small scale changes.
