Steve Midgley

Steve is Executive Director of BCUK (Biblical Counselling UK), which supports churches in pastoral care by equipping them for conversation and counsel. He trained as a psychiatrist before being ordained and was, for 18 years, Senior Minister of Christ Church Cambridge.

Since 2022 his ministry has focussed on BCUK which involves writing (Mental Health and Your Church and Understanding Trauma) and teaching about interpersonal ministry of the word. He is married to Beth with three children and three grandchildren.
