Jen Charteris

Jen Charteris is the executive director of Crosslands where she also teaches on Christian Leadership. Previously Jen led a management consulting firm, advising senior leaders on strategic change in government, defence, and infrastructure programmes. taught on MBA programmes and at the Defence Academy, and has many years of board experience.

Jen is married to Hugo, a church pastor and planter in the north of England, and they have two adult children.
