Growing up, I witnessed my family’s faith, and I understood what it meant to be a Christian. This faith became personal for me at the age of 12 (I think!) during a summer camp, where I gave my life to the Lord.
When I was 18, I joined the Logos Hope, and this is where my faith truly deepened. I was young, anxious, far from home, and learning to trust completely in God for everything. He is and has always been a good, good Father whom I love and trust.
I have known about Keswick Ministries from a young age and have attended the convention regularly throughout my life. I love seeing Christians worshipping together in the tent and experiencing the buzz around the site. I’m excited to join the Keswick Ministries team and be part of the next exciting chapter for the Pencil Factory site.
I don’t have a single favourite verse, but I am often reminded of 2 Corinthians 4:17: “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
