If you love meeting people, keeping things running smoothly, and being right at the heart of the action, there’s a place for you on one of our around site teams!

From giving a warm welcome and helping guests find their way, to serving in the café or supporting our busy reception desks, these roles make a huge difference to everyone’s Convention experience.

Whether you’re greeting people with a smile, keeping venues safe and tidy, or lending a practical hand outdoors, you’ll be part of a team that helps make Keswick Convention run with warmth, energy and excellence.
