I was brought in a Christian home with parents who knew and loved the Lord, so I was taught all the classic Bible stories from an early age. I personally put my trust in Jesus at a Christian Sports Camp at age 11. I distinctly remember the conviction I felt, that I needed forgiveness from God for all my sin, and that trusting in Christ was the only way I could be right with God. The lakes is very special to me as my wife and I got engaged on the shores of lake Coniston.

I am excited about being part of the Children’s and Youth team here at Keswick and can’t wait to see more children and young people put their trust in the Lord Jesus and go back to their local Churches equipped and excited to serve King Jesus.

My favourite Bible verse is:  “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:15.
