Jez Carr has worked as a pianist, bass player and producer with the likes of Mark Lockheart, Dave O’Higgins, Ben Castle, Rise Kagona, Patrick Wood, Andy Thornton, Iain Archer, Susan Enan and Miriam Jones (to whom he is married).
He has released two jazz free-improvisation albums, one in collaboration with Steve Lawson, the other with Mike Haughton and Simon Little.
These days, he is also a vicar in a Buckinghamshire village and a pastor to artists. In other words he tries to wear far more hats than is probably healthy for one head.
