I grew up in a loving home, but did not become a Christian until I was a student in Oxford, where I studied Classics and then Experimental Psychology. I knew Jesus Christ had died for me. I knew, because of the resurrection, that he was alive and could be known personally.
There are many things I love about Keswick Ministries, but perhaps the most significant is the ‘spine’ of Hearing God’s Word, Becoming Like God’s Son, Serving God’s Mission. God’s Word is central, not for its own sake, but so we live Christlike lives and serve Him in His world. The Lakes has always been special to me and to my wife – we met here. I particularly love walking in the Fells, the variety and the beauty.
My favourite Bible verse is Psalm 23:1, “The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.”
