Inspiring leaders in all spheres of life

This course is aimed at leaders in all spheres of life: leaders in churches, in the corporate and public sectors, the services, voluntary sectors and small businesses.

Past attendees have included CEO’s, senior managers, founders and entrepreneurs, pastors, consultants, services personnel, local church and para-church leaders as well as University professors and headteachers.

The Keswick Leadership Course will enable you, in an open and supportive environment, to become more alive in your leadership, more secure in your identity, more invested in your character development and more influential in your relationships.

It will facilitate you to engage your Christian faith with your leadership in whatever situation God has called you to lead.

The course is being held in partnership with Forge Leadership Consultancy. Simon Barrington, founder and director at Forge said: ‘Come prepared to be honest, open, challenged and changed and you will find that you meet Jesus in a new way, return refreshed and ready for your next challenge and look at the issues you face from a completely new perspective.’

Each day there will be time for devotions, worship and spiritual reflection on leadership issues. Delegates will also work closely with the team who will help leaders develop their own personal development plan based on the five i’s of Leadership – Identity in Christ, Intimacy with Jesus, Integrity of Character, Inner Strength (resilience/perseverance) and Influence (making a difference for Christ). By the end of the week, delegates will have been supported to develop a personal development plan and will be partnered with other leaders to support them through the application.

The course format will be dynamic, interactive and demanding. It brings out and develops each individual’s gifting and addresses each individual’s situation, rather than giving a formulaic grid.

A highlight of the course is the group coaching that runs throughout it, together with the opportunity for 1:1 coaching and practical exercises.

The most inspiring, invigorating and impactful course on leadership that you'll ever take part in.
