Inspiring and equipping the next generation of leaders

This programme is a wonderful opportunity for 16-18 year olds to think about Christian leadership. To learn about what Christian leadership looks like, as well as learning how to understand and teach the Bible.

This will happen across two training weekends followed by the chance to teach on the Kids Team at Keswick Convention 2025.

Participants will gain valuable insights and practical skills that will not only enhance their biblical knowledge but also develop their leadership. During the training weekends the young people will be in small groups with experienced Christian ministry leaders. There will be a mix of small group Bible studies, up front sessions as well as social time together.

We hope that this programme will offer participants a change to grow in their faith, develop new skills and go back to their local Churches ready to contribute meaningfully.

The Emerging Young Leaders programme is a wonderful opportunity to:

  • Learn how to understand the Bible for yourself

  • Learn how to teach the Bible to others

  • Think more about what it means to be a leader like Jesus

  • Have a go at teaching the Bible to Children at the Keswick Convention 2025!
