Bible Workshop: Matthew’s Gospel – The Sermon on the Mount

Due to Covid-19 this workshop will now be run as an online workshop.

The workshop is aimed to help you grow in your understanding and appreciation of Matthew’s Gospel, looking at the Sermon on the Mount.

There is no preparatory reading or assessment. This will be an intensive workshop, particularly intended for pastors, ministers, church planters or lay leaders but is open to anyone. The workshop will be led by Ben Cooper, tutor on the Cornhill Training Course in London.

Rev Dr Ben Cooper
Ben started as a tutor on the Cornhill Training Course in London in summer 2020, having spent 10 years in Sheffield teaching on the Fulwood Bible Training and Bible Training Yorkshire courses. He has PhDs in both economics and biblical studies and is the author of Incorporated Servanthood: Commitment and Discipleship in the Gospel of Matthew (T&T Clark, 2013).

Intended for pastors, ministers, church planters or lay readers, but open to anyone.

Cost

The cost for the workshop in Keswick will be: £40

We understand that, for some church leaders and students, the cost of attending a workshop like this can be difficult. We would, therefore, like to offer a reduced cost to church leaders and students: £30 for the workshop.

We understand that occasionally it is necessary to cancel a booking. If you have to cancel your booking we will refund the fee paid for the event, minus 5% admin charge to cover the processing fees we incur. If we have to cancel the event we will refund the full fee paid. Your refund will be processed by the original payment method and you will be notified of the refunded amount.
