Bookings from January 1^st 2025:

• 1-3 nights = £945 per night
• 4-6 nights = £900 per night
• 7 or more nights = £850 per night

• Bed linen sets – £8.40 per set

Please note that the Skiddaw Street Centre is available for group accommodation only and rooms cannot be booked on an individual basis.

• All planning of room occupancy the responsibility of the client
• Invoicing:
  • 1^st payment = 25% non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of confirmation of booking.
  • 2^nd payment = 75% due no less than one month before start of booking.
  • 3^rd payment = Bedding only based on usage, charged within 7 days, due within the 7 days following the invoice.
• Cancellations:
  • After 2^nd payment = 25% refund.
  • If another booking comes in that equals the original, 75% refund after that booking pays.
