2026 Volunteer Applications Now Open!

Help make Keswick Convention possible! Serve, support, and encourage thousands as they grow in faith, and discover the joy of serving alongside a brilliant team.

A Convention Made Possible By People Like You

Every summer, hundreds of volunteers make Keswick Convention happen. It’s a chance to serve, meet new friends, and be part of something that inspires thousands to live for Christ.

Whether you love greeting people, keeping things running smoothly, or working behind the scenes, there’s a role for you. Welcome guests, serve in the Café, help at reception, or support our Kids & Youth teams. Whatever your skills, you’ll join a brilliant team helping make the Convention come alive.

Who Can Apply?

If you’re over 18 (20 for Youth Team), committed to Christ, and can serve a full convention week (full time or part time), we’d love to have you on the team! Some roles require an enhanced DBS check. You must also be eligible to serve in the UK as we are unable to assist with any visa applications.

How Do I Apply?

Once you’ve found your team below, read the role description, and decided which weeks of the convention you’d like to serve at, please fill out the online application form. Once submitted you’ll recieve an email confirmation and we’ll look over your application and contact your references. This can take between 4 and 6 weeks. If you’re accepted we’ll let you know and you’ll receive full details at the start of June.

Being able to volunteer as Keswick is such a blessing! I enjoyed every moment, and I’m looking forward to next year!
