Disabled Parking
Disabled Parking will be available on the Rawnsley site, on a first-come first served basis for Blue Badge holders only.
Moving Around Site
The Convention site is accessed by paved footpaths. These are accessible friendly.
The Pencil Factory has a cargo lift as well as a smaller lift.
Quieter Areas on site
During main meetings, the relay venue in the Packing Hall is a quieter space for those looking for a less crowded venue.
Keswick Methodist Church is a quieter relay venue for all Bible Readings and Evening Celebrations throughout the week. The church is a 15-minute walk from the Convention site and is wheelchair accessible as well as serving light refreshments.
The outdoor space in the centre of the Convention site provides green space with benches and shelter.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There is allocated seating inside the main tent towards the stage where there is also a BSL Interpreter. There is also allocated seating at the back of the Main Tent. Stewards will be able to help you locate these areas on arrival.
The Relay venues in the Packing Hall and at Keswick Methodist Church are also wheelchair-user-friendly.
Loop Systems
A loop system operates in the three main venues and at the majority of the seminar venues.
In the main venue, those wishing to benefit from the provision of BSL Interpreters can sit in the designated area in front of the platform.
Please ask a steward on arrival if you require guidance towards this seating area.
BSL Interpreters, Large Print and Braille
All meetings and events in the Main Tent will be signed by a BSL Interpreter.

Large Print and Braille versions of the Convention programme and Main Tent session content is available. Please ask a member of the Welcome Team or Convention Reception for a copy.

Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are located through the Pencil Factory reception.
There are also two wheelchair/low mobility accessible toilets within Base Camp.
A number of stoma-friendly toilets are located in both the Pencil Factory and Base Camp.
