A Workshop and Experience of Psalms
Open to everyone who wants to enjoy Psalms and develop a deeper understanding of this wonderful book of poems that focusses us on adoration and thanks to God.
This course will help you to pray, sing, learn and use the Psalms in your church and your own devotional time.
Each day we will begin with prayer, singing and a short meditation on a particular Psalm. Teaching sessions will then dig deeper and explore questions like: Whose words are they? How do Psalms benefit us? How do I make sense of some of the imagery? How can I pray the Psalms? The day ends with singing, prayer and an exposition of a Psalm. Afternoons are free so you can enjoy and be refreshed by the beautiful Lake District scenery. Click here to see the full schedule for the week!
