The Workshop

James Robson will be running two 24-hour workshops in Keswick that will refresh your walk with the Lord (and your Hebrew!) by working closely on the Hebrew text of an Old Testament passage. We will move from close work on the Hebrew text to contemporary and personal application. There will be time to talk and pray, too. James recognises that delegates may have different levels of Hebrew, so the first workshop (18th-19th September 2017) will be aimed at those up to intermediate, while the second workshop (19th-20th September 2017) will be aimed at those whose Hebrew is intermediate and beyond. We want you to leave refreshed, encouraged and equipped.

Here is what some participants from our Bible Workshop in Hebrew, held in May this year, had to say:

‘A massively valuable time in the Word under the care of an outstandingly gifted and humble teacher. My Hebrew is sharpened, but more importantly my love for Jesus is deepened.’ Nathan Weston

‘8 years out of college and my Hebrew was a long-distant memory. This workshop was a brilliant kick-start to get back to it – I was surprised how much I did remember! The atmosphere was so supportive and encouraging, not only in the study of Hebrew, but in my own discipleship as James opened up the wonders of God’s Word for us.’ James Halstead

‘This was a highly stimulating time of serious learning, coupled with seeing how God unfolded His love to His people in a couple of chapters of Deuteronomy. Because of the small numbers the workshop was really good at stretching me beyond my very basic level of Hebrew. Highly recommended!’ Fergus Pearson
