Simon Barrington
Simon is the Founder of Forge Leadership Consultancy. He was an experienced Chief Executive who is now utilising this experience in mentoring, coaching, advising and supporting executives and Church leaders in leadership development. Simon is currently developing the ideas on this course into a book and is undertaking research on the Leadership development needs of millennials.
James Robson
Before leading Keswick Ministries, James was involved in the training of church leaders for nearly 20 years, helping with their formation and teaching them the Old Testament. He taught for 10 years at Oak Hill College, and then for seven years at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford University, where he was Senior Tutor and part of the Senior Management Team.
Joëlle Warren
After a City banking career Joëlle moved into headhunting, before founding Warren Partners, a top 20 UK firm. Advising on Non-Executive and Chair appointments, she is passionate about improving boardroom effectiveness and diversity. She serves as Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire, Chair of Cheshire Community Foundation and on the Leadership Team of her parish church. Co-author of Setting God’s People Free, she wants to help Christians live out their faith confidently wherever they are. She and Andrew enjoy travelling, skiing and climbing mountains, often roping in family and friends.
Simon Potter
Simon is Associate Vicar of St Mary’s, Stoke Bishop in Bristol. He is an experienced worship leader and speaker in both Anglican and independent church settings. His current role enables him to combine helping to lead a diverse team in day-to-day local church ministry with encouraging emerging leaders – via youth camps; within theological colleges; and in the context of the Avonside Mission Area in Bristol.
Naomi Partridge
Naomi is an experienced coach and facilitator who works internationally with leaders from business, charity and church – and loves to blend her faith with coaching and people development skills. She is a social entrepreneur, who in recent years she has lead an anti-trafficking charity and founded a health drinks business that provides training and employment for survivors of trafficking. She is a firm believer in the power of knowing your call and purpose, and taking bold steps with your life to follow this.
