Mission Fund

"The Convention has provided invaluable encouragement both for us and for our children."

Keswick Convention is passionate about mission and has been supporting, encouraging and hosting missionaries and their families for over a hundred years!

We see this as a key area of Keswick’s ministry and one in which many have been keen to support in their giving. Every year, we offer grants to missionaries needing physical and spiritual refreshment. Hundreds of individuals and families have been encouraged and renewed before returning to their mission fields overseas as a result of donations made to this fund.

As a result of your generosity we will be able to continue bringing missionaries and overseas guests to attend a week of the Convention for both physical and spiritual refreshment. Your gift today can make a difference by enabling missionaries to attend the Convention, through the financial support of this Fund.

To give to this fund, click the Donate button below and make sure to select ‘Mission Fund’ in the designation section of the form.

"We are very grateful for the grant to allow us to be a part of the convention after so many years and to remember where it all started."

“We had a really good week at Keswick Convention and especially enjoyed the evening celebrations and the teaching. It was good to have a variety of speakers and we enjoyed fresh perspectives and challenges about how we live out our faith and what our priorities are. We also enjoyed meeting with other missionaries, we met another couple who had worked in Bolivia and share many friends in common though we had never met before! We are very grateful for the grant to allow us to be a part of the convention after so many years and to remember where it all started.”

Graham and Debbie Frith were called to mission at Keswick Convention. They have been working in Bolivia since 1995 in ministry to university students and in leadership development through El Alfarero Ministries. www.alfarero.org

Apply For A Grant

What are the criteria?

Click here to see the criteria. If you meet the criteria please do contact us for an application form!

Can I invite a missionary I know to Keswick 2023?

  • Yes! Give your missionary friends our email address so they can apply.
  • If you wish to invite a friend who is an overseas national requiring a visa, you will need to ‘sponsor’ them by writing a supporting letter to accompany the visa application. (Keswick Ministries are unable to do this.) Keswick should make up just a part of a longer trip to the UK as we do not pay for fares.

How and when do I apply for a grant?

  • Please use the button below to contact our team and enquire about a grant for this coming Convention.
  • Alternatively you can contact our team today. Tel: 017687 80075 or email: info@keswickministries.org
  • Application forms will be available on request from Keswick Ministries from November. As funding is limited you should apply as early as possible. We will confirm grants in January.

"It is overwhelming to be with more believers in the tent than there are in some of the countries where we work. The teaching is a springboard for us to then teach the believers that we serve."

“We serve in Central Asia and have attended Keswick each year for the last decade. During this time, the Convention has provided invaluable encouragement both for us and for our children. Keswick gives us that wonderful opportunity to sing God’s praise with others in English. It is overwhelming to be with more believers in the tent than there are in some of the countries where we work. And we find the teaching is then a springboard for us to then teach the believers that we serve. The beauty of the Lake District is always a tonic after life in a big city. So, the combination of meetings and walks in such countryside is very restorative for us. This year we got the mission grant, so we treated ourselves to stay under a solid roof for a change, which we were so grateful for as it was quite a wet Keswick! We are very indebted to Keswick for being such a blessing to us over the years.”*
