      Derek Burnside is on the staff and Leadership Team at Belmont Chapel in Exeter, where his duties include bible teaching and oversight of the discipleship programme. He is married to Penny, an Education Officer for the Diocese of Exeter. They have no children of their own, but do have 8 godchildren and a cat called Max. In addition to his work at Belmont Derek guest-lectures at four of Torchbearer’s European Bible Schools and teaches A level Ethics at Exeter School. Before any of that he taught RE in a large comprehensive school and was a UCCF staff worker. When not doing any of the above Derek is most likely to be found reading a book, watching a film or riding a bike.

      Elizabeth McQuoid is the Commissioning Editor at Keswick Ministries and speaker at women’s events. She has written The Amazing Cross with her husband Jeremy as well as several Bible study guides. She earned her Master’s of Divinity degree at Trinity Divinity School and now serves in Deeside Christian Fellowship Church in Aberdeen where her husband is the Teaching Pastor. Jeremy and Elizabeth have three sons.

      Dr Tim Chester is the pastor of Grace Church, Boroughbridge, in North Yorkshire, and a faculty member of Crosslands Training (www.crosslands.training). He’s the author of over 40 books including two in the Keswick Foundations series, Mission Matters: Love Says Go and Bible Matters: Meeting God in His Word. He’s married with two daughters.

She is married to Tom, a minister in Yeovil, Somerset and is involved in many aspects of local church life. She looks after their three young children and the family’s dog. She has been involved with the children’s work at Keswick for over 15 years. The Convention is an annual highlight for the whole family.

      Revd Dr James Robson is Ministry Director for Keswick Ministries. Before joining the organisation, he served as Senior Tutor and Tutor in Old Testament and Hebrew, Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. Previously he taught at Oak Hill College, London. His passion is that the whole of the Bible should shape the whole of the church to the glory of God. His most recent book was Honey from the Rock: Deuteronomy for the People of God, published by IVP. He is married to Bridget, and has two teenage daughters. He enjoys golf, mountain-biking, hill-walking, growing vegetables and armchair cricket.

      Jonathan is minister-at-large for Keswick Ministries, supporting the work in the UK and often speaking at other Keswicks around the world. He previously served as CEO of Keswick Ministries and has served on the charity’s Council (Board of Trustees). He is the author, with Ian Randall, of ‘Knowing God Better: the vision of the Keswick movement’, and has also published a Keswick Foundations title ‘Preaching Matters: encountering the living God’ (IVP). He also serves as a Vice President of IFES.
