The Christian has died with Christ and been raised with Him – and that means a clean break with the old life. Our constant challenge is to live out that reality, daily putting to death the old patterns of life and setting our sights on things above.
As a people deeply loved in Christ, we are brought into a new kind of community and called to a new way of relating to the people of God. These relationships are shaped by the gospel and enabled by God Himself. While churches can too often be marked by dysfunction, Paul sets out for us a framework for healthy and life-giving Christian community rooted in the love of God.

In light of our convention theme ‘Human’ we’ll be thinking together about what it means to be human in light of the truth that God has both made us and saved us.
Each morning we’ll be meeting for our seminar track to get stuck into this topic, and to understand better what a privilege and responsibility our humanness is.
